By accessing InTheVicinity you agree to accept and abide by the following terms and conditions:
InTheVicinity is a community website where the members make the news and post useful information to other members making InTheVicinity the hub of the community.
Postings
Most of the website is open to anyone to view, therefore material posted must be suited to all age groups. In no event should the postings be illegal, defamatory or offensive.
Whilst it is the goal of InTheVicinity that all information posted is correct, there is no guarantee that the information is correct. InTheVicinity does not assume or accept any liability or consequential damages for the information on the site or any sites linked to, not being correct.
InTheVicininty does not take or assume any responsibility for the views expressed in the postings on the site unless explicitly stated by InTheVicinity.
InTheVicinity reserves the right to remove any article as it sees fit.
In submitting information to InTheVicinity, the member attests that the submission is free from copyright or may be used by IntheVicinity on the site and in either case, for perpetuity.
Member and Conduct
If a member is found to post an offensive or illegal post, the post will be removed immediately. If the post is considered by InTheVicinity to have been deliberately designed to offend, the member will have their membership cancelled immediately and will be barred. If the offence was not deliberate, a warning will be given. If there is any further offence following the warning, the member will have their membership cancelled and will be barred from membership to InTheVicinity.
Posting or loading anything of any kind that is illegal in the United Kingdom is forbidden. If an illegal act is performed on the website, InTheVicinity will cancel membership and bar the member. InTheVicinity will cooperate with legal authorities as instructed to under law.
